The Department organizes workshops/seminars/compititions and extracurricular activities from time to time to provide our students and faculty a platform to interact with their peers from all across the country.We are continuously striving hard to improve upon the quality of our students. Program Outcomes (PO’s)
Undergraduate students will be able to:
- Students will get fundamental knowledge of computer engineering and able to apply to solve complex engineering problems.
- Students will able to apply knowledge of computing and mathematics and design systems and processes with consideration of appropriate discipline.
- Students will able to apply research-based knowledge and methods including system designs, data analysis and interpretation of data to provide valid conclusions to the problems.
- Students will able to create, select, and apply appropriate techniques, resources, and modern engineering and IT tools to complex engineering activities with an understanding of the limitations.
Students will able to recognize the need for, and have the preparation and ability to engage in independent and life-long learning in the broadest context of technological change.
Programme Educational Objectives (PEO’s)
- To produce graduates with ability to comprehend, understand and analyze Computer Engineering problems and relate them with real life.
- To develop an ability of effective communication, teamwork, adopting rapidly to the changing technical environment.
- To inculcate a conviction to believe in self, impart professional and ethical attitude, nurture to be an effective team member, infuse leadership qualities, and build proficiency in soft skills and the abilities to relate engineering with the social issues.
To develop an ability to adopt themselves for rapidly changing technical environment.
Program Specific Objectives (PSO’s)
- PSO1:Able to apply the skills developed by learning the concepts from Computer engineering subjects, Science and Mathematics to recognize, devise and able to solve the problems which are dealt in the Industries, Society and throughout the research work.
- PSO2:Able to identify the latest, cost effective, durable and acceptable solution to the complex problems of Computer Engineering and current computing based inter- disciplinary problems.
PSO3:The ability to understand the evolutionary changes in computing, apply standard practices and strategies in software project development using open-ended programming environments to deliver a quality product for business success, real world problems and meet the challenges of the future.
